Discovery & Purchase (2014)
After years of meticulous searching for the ideal spot, Chabad located and entered into contract to purchase a 2.5 acre parcel at the intersection of Half Acre & Prospect Plains Rd., in Monroe Township. Due diligence deemed the property ideal for the new Chabad Center and the feasibility study produced a critical mass of community support. Chabad successfully raised $300,000 to purchase the property.
