Chabad Jewish Center of Monroe invites you to spend Tisha B'Av with us together.
Tisha B'Av is the saddest day on the Jewish Calendar. It is a fast day, commemorating the destruction of ancient Jerusalem and the Holy Temple.
At Chabad, we will have services, hear the traditional Eicha and watch a film together.
Tisha B'Av Schedule:
Saturday night - Motzaei Shabbat, August 2
Fast begins 8:11pm
Services followed by Eicha/Lamentations 9:00pm
Sunday, August 3
Mincha and Torah Reading at 5:30pm
Featured Film 6:00pm
Fast ends 8:40pm
